Anyone spent a snowboarding season in Tahoe?
I’d love to hear tips on good places to stay/work/deals
I worked at North-star for three years and had a blast. The first season go up early and go to one of the job fares if you cant go check it out on line. but do this early. Try and apply for employee housing, not the Ritz but a kick ass time. Its cheap and you meet a ton of fun people. Evaluate why you are there. If its to ride pick a job that is in the morning (parking rental shop) so you can ride in between. If its the opposite sex your looking for pick ski/board instructor or patrol. Good luck you’ll need it and hold on.
