You really don’t need to do to much upper body stuff just your abs/ back
you don’t need arms or chest strength too much.

bycycles
leg lifts

Legs workouts:
squats

stretch out your ham string, back,
run to get your endurance up

you need a gym membership do do many of the machines that would be helpful to strengthen knees
