What’s the best snowboarding resort near Loveland, CO?

Im looking to go on a snowboarding trip with my girlfriend. its going to be a once in a decade trip, so i want it to be amazing. what is a great skiing/snowboarding resort near Loveland? i dont want to travel too far from there since thats where we are staying in colorado for the trip

Some of the @SS-clowns answering this question don’t seem to realize that the city of Loveland, CO is actually 107 miles from Loveland Ski Area.

That said, Eldora is actually the nearest to Loveland. Here’s their website http://www.eldora.com/

But if you want a once-in a decade trip it’s really not a bad drive (2+ hrs) to Summit County and Vail where all the fancy-schmancy resorts are.

PLEASE HELP! my girlfriend blacked out and work up with amnesia! NOT KIDDING!?

She can recognize faces and associate names. She thinks its two years ago. She remembers bits and pieces of current things but not very much. She can read and write. She knows her name, address, and birthday.I’ve been trying stimulation and working with things that she would be familiar with it seems to be working a bit. BUT WHAT DO I DO?? She is sleeping now i hope she will dream some memories and make connections and remember everything! I NEED ADVICE. Any doctors reading this?? I worried.

This is something you should have went to the doctor for immediately you need to go as soon as possible she could have multiple problems!!!!!!!!!!!!!

how can i start snowboarding?

you know when you see something, and you just want to do it and you know you’ll love it? well i was watching this show and it was about snowboarding, and i just NEED to try it. kinda like when your hungry, but i’ve never been snowboarding, do you think i would be able to learn? and if so, how do i start? what do i need? and where is the best place to go in the states of california, oregon, arizona, and washington?

it takes a lot of falling before you get it but if you really want to do it and love it you’ll get it down
it took me about 2 days
you can go to any ski resort and rent all the thngs you need

Best Snowboarding New Mexico?

Im from Philadelphia and just recently moved to Texas. I have heard New Mexico is now my local spot to ride, however I know nothing about this section of the Rockies. Which Mountain is the Best and why?

Santa Fe is pretty nice (nice weather, good snow), and so is Red River. Taos is out, because they don’t allow snowboarders. But really, you might want to take a trip or two to southern Colorado…Durango Mountain is just across the border from NM, and is a much larger mountain, with more challenging runs, and more fun for snowboarders.
