What should I learn first when learning to ride freestyle / park snowboarding?
This is my first season snowboarding and I can say that I am progressing well. I can do fast and aggressive S turns now and I am getting bored with doing that the whole day in the mountain. So I tried going to the terrain park to do jumps and halfpipe but I mostly end up on my butt. I am reading some articles online about learning some basic tricks first like jumps, ollies, and riding switch, etc. So can you guys give me some guidelines on what is the most important skill I should learn first? Thanks.
Learn switch first, definately, and then ollies, then rotations, then grabs and rails and flips.
