Honestly people tend to look like gapers when they match there clothes with their board, or in your case snow bunnies. Snowboarding fashion doesn’t need to be so contrived, pick out some good clothes and by good I don’t mean oh it has pretty colors, no I mean look at the tech specs and see what type of waterproofing and breathability it has as well as insulation, Try and stay above 10k on waterproofing and breathability. THis way your not whining about being cold

Oakley goggles lens for night skiing?

I want to find the best Oakley snowboard goggles lenses for night snowboarding.

In my personal exp, persimmon is way too dark for night skiing. It works great for cloudy, overcast days, but not good for night. Others may like it better, but not so much.

Pink iridium is good as there’s a little bit of contrast enhancement, but nothing beats yellow/HI yellow. These are the same tint, just one has a blue-ish shiny coating and the other doesn’t. Yellow lenses are great at night and increase contrast so it’s easier to see contours on the slopes.

What’s the best way to stay hydrated?

I am going to Colorado in a few weeks and I will be snowboarding in the Rockies for a week. My concern is that at the level of a budget that I am using I am wondering how to take water on the trails without it freezing or getting in the way.

When I was out there, my friends and I had some flasks that we hadn’t used for liquor yet so we just filled those up with water and sipped on them throughout the day. Keep it in the inside pocket of your jacket and it will stay cold but not freeze. It’s small and curved so you can’t really tell you’re carrying one.

If you don’t have one, you can get them pretty cheap (like $4)
