What’s the best way to stay hydrated?
I am going to Colorado in a few weeks and I will be snowboarding in the Rockies for a week. My concern is that at the level of a budget that I am using I am wondering how to take water on the trails without it freezing or getting in the way.
I thought about a camelbak and that sounds great but I don’t think I can afford that and I can’t take a backpack because I only have one, I can’t have it getting soaked in the snow if something were to happen.
Any suggestions? Thanks for the help.
When I was out there, my friends and I had some flasks that we hadn’t used for liquor yet so we just filled those up with water and sipped on them throughout the day. Keep it in the inside pocket of your jacket and it will stay cold but not freeze. It’s small and curved so you can’t really tell you’re carrying one.
If you don’t have one, you can get them pretty cheap (like $4)
