SNOWBOARDING YEAR ROUND
Year round snowboard instructor?
I need some information on where i can become a year round snowboarding instructor. I have the winter time covered and i just need a time during the summer that i could continue it. Also ive heard that some resorts will offer you free housing if you work there full time. is that true?
Well, you can obviously just move every summer to a place that has “summer” snowboarding (where it would actually be winter there) like New Zealand, Australia, or South America.
If you don’t like the idea of moving every 6 months, then places in Europe and Japan offer indoor snowboarding and “Dry Slopes” where you would be able to teach on snow during the winter, and on the dry/indoor slope during the summer.
And of course there are the camps in the summer in N. America, but they probably don’t last quite as long as you are wanting so the above options are the best.
