what snowboard should i get?
I’m a beginner and i want to get my own snowboard this year!! I go to Vasilitsa (greece) for snowboarding since i live in ioannina (greece=])…
We dont have a snow park…. so basicly i just freeride and try out some tricks every now and then… but its just me, the board and powder… So… im kinda lost… =S
I have no idea what i should get!!

My shoe size is 38.5 womens (european size)

Im 55-60 kilos (eu) i dont know how many pounds that is….=S
and im around 1.70 meters (eu again…) once again i dont know what that amounts to in the us….
Here’s the thing though… We’re from the us and my dads going over there for work… so hes going to get all my supplies for me since its cheaper back there!! Im totally freaked though… Im afraid there might be a mix up or something and he wont get the right stuff!! what should my dad tel the dude at the snow shop?? Any help would be great!!!
I wouldn’t let your Dad buy anything, I would try to order all the gear from the US. www.the-house.com, is a good US snowboarding website. I’m also from the US so I have no ideas on the metric conversions. As far as a brand goes, I don’t think you can go wrong with Burton everything, they are a pretty trusted brand
