SNOWBOARDING TRIPS
my wrists have been hurting for a couple of weeks- since my snowboarding trip?
I went snowboarding for the first time at the beginning of the month. My wrists don’t hurt all the time, but they’ve been weak ever since the trip. It makes yoga very difficult as well as push ups and even just putting pressure on them in certain ways doing every day stuff. What can I do to get my wrists back to normal again?
Ice really helps you recover from a good workout, that and maybe keep it wrapped so it stays good and warm, if heat doesn’t help see a doctor, there maybe some damage in the tendons, heat usually only helps muscles, so that will give you some kind of indication of you have
