When you go snowboarding can you rent boots?
Call your chosen destination (if they have a phone). Ski resorts and sporting (specialty) stores have offered packages for years. In the West, this season should be a good one, too. Southern California is going to get snow. Some resorts are day trippers, and, you might not find anything other than great slopes and a food stand. If you wait for the resort shop, you might be out of luck.
Yes, the rental costs are affordable. Many ski areas have last year’s clothing supply on sale. Oh, I wish I were you.
