Snowboarding – just do it !!

what should I wear to go snowboarding?

I’m a female beginner snowboarder and don’t want to spend a lot for gear until I start snowboarding more regularly. Thanks!

I personally think Columbia Jackets are junk. I used to have one, and since I bought it long before I knew about the breathability and waterproofing ratings, I don’t know what they were but considering it cost almost as much as my Under Armour Coat, it should have been warmer than it was. I was cold a lot until I started wearing all Under Armour clothing and now I’m always warm even on the days when its well below zero.

If you want to be warm, heres what I recommend you get if you’re willing to spend the money for good clothing.

This should be good for when you first start because learning to snowboard is a lot of work, and you don’t want to have to much clothing on or you’ll die of heat exhuastion. Once you get good at it and you’re not working as much you can double up on the mid layer when its real cold out as needed.

Under Armour is worth the price, I’ve been everyday of the season so far including the days when it was well below zero and I was always warm.
