How much can the cost of a helicopter get up to?

The chances of me actually needing one is slim to none, but i thought ide just be spontaneous and look at it anyways. I was hoping me and a few friends could take one snowboarding this winter, but i know nothing about how that works. If i were to rent a helicopter and a driver for a day in the Portland Oregon area, how much would it cost? Where do i even look for one? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A person who operates a helicopter is called a “pilot,” rather than a “driver.”

It would cost anywhere from $2,500 per day up to $6,000 – $7,000 a day, depending on what you need and what is available. Helicopters are very expensive.
