Where can I get a good quality jacket for a discounted price?

I’m a broke college student, but I really need a new winter jacket! My snowboarding jacket was stolen, along with my wool pea-coat. Both were given to me, but now I need something to replace them. Any suggestions? an online store would be ideal.
