how common are snowboarding injuries especially with amateurs?
considering taking classes through school but just dont want to have any set backs when the track season comes along im fine with scrapes and bruises though
so far bloody nose, torn rib cartelidge and shoulder dislocation.
But thats taking risks, like the others said your going to be bruised. But how badly do you want to be good? If you don’t make mistakes you don’t make anything.
