Buying my first Snowboard?
I am 5′7 1/2. 120 and my shoe size is 8.5 – 9. I have been snowboarding twice before. And the resort gave me a 8 boot. I really like burton boords and boots. That is all that i used at the mountain. Wondering what size board. And boot and binding. Also, what syle of board. I am looking to do just freerideing, but i also want to try a few rails. But i am going to wait a bit. Let me know what would be good. Also where can i find cheap packages for snowboards. I live in Ontario, Canada. Thanks
ok dont worry about ur height in cm at all!!!!! just find a board that is about 3 inches above your nose ok then boot size get the next full size above your shoe size for growing room. the board, if ur a begginner u dont want a burton unless u want to scratch it up a little, so dont get a burton, id reccomend a kemper or another lightweight name brand u realy dont want to have a heavy board to use as a begginner because its harder to control it. boots, i reccomend just get like a cheap brand like older snowjam or just an old style because you dont need to spend 400$ on boots! binding wise for the hill get a pair of rachet,not step in bindings. i started out with fourm and k2 bindings that were ratchet. now i moved up to step in bindings. so if u need more just tell me!!
