BURTON SNOWBOARDING EQUIPMENT
Im buying flow Bindings M9 and forum recon boots and im affraid they will be to flexible..?
Im 35 year old , 6 feet tall and wheigh 200 pounds and I also looking for a little bit of confort.. Ive been snowboarding for 8 years.
At the moment i have Burton Moto boots and Burton freestyle old bindings. Both of these are like 5 year old equipment. I have the chance to buy some new Flow m9 bindings and Forum Recon snowboard boots. I have a wide Ride snowboard and usually like doing some freestyle but love to ski all the mountain …
By the way i can buy these two things very cheap.
Should i buy them or will i have two much flexibility and will this bother with my all mountain skiing.

Well technically you can ride anything if you want. The Flow M9 is actually a very strong and sturdy binding, contrary to popular belief. However the strap is pretty soft as it is geared toward the park. The M11 is going to have a much more responsive strap that will give you added support. But the M9 will prob work just fine. As for the Recon boots, they are a very soft entry-level snowboard boot. They lack the necessary support for hard, all-mountain riding. Especially with 200 lbs. of force wrenching on them every turn, these boots are gonna mush out in no time. But like I said previously… everything is rideable.
