Question about snowboard bindings?
Okay, so I went snowboarding last week for the first time ever. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to invest in my own snowboard, and since the board I learned on was a 135 I went and bought the Burton Feelgood 137. I’m trying to get bindings now but I’m not sure what to get. I know for sure I want Burton, I’m getting burton boots as well so that everything matches. I’m a size 8 women’s boot- so should I get a small or medium binding? What do you think will fit the board best? So many different places are telling me different things! Also, if you have any links of bindings that are under $100 that’d be great! Thanks!
That’s pretty ambitious that you have already bought your first board after only one day of riding. Since you have already bought a burton board that I’m pretty sure has an ICS mounting system, you will have to buy burton bindings that are compatible.
-it would depend on the binding, but you should be good with a medium size binding. You might even check out the larges. In any case, get your boots before your bindings and fit them to make sure. The Cartels and the freestyle binding will probably be your best bet (they’re burton’s most popular), however you’ll have to look hard to find them under $100. Also, the stilettos are a popular women specific model. Try checking sierrasnowboard.com, backcountryoutlet.com, actionvillage.com. Burton’s products are usually all overpriced.

Know that Burton does not make the best gear out there. I would look into 32, Celcius, DC, and soloman before buying burton boots too.
