BURTON GIRLS SNOWBOARDING GEAR
Women’s Gear Question?
This ongoing season I managed to get my gf snowboarding. Now I have been snowboarding for quite sometime now but I am not very knowledgeable on girl’s gear, so my question is what is a good board, bindings and boots for a beginner girl? We don’t want to break piggy bank since the most she’ll get out of this set up is about a week per season. I have heard god things from girls about the Rome Blue, but then again everyone has their own opinion and I know jack about women’s gear.
PS: Not to bash on Burton but if you know of other manufacturers please list them, is useful to have other options besides Burton everywhere.
she has clothing already, and the reason that I don’t want her to get a morrow is because good equipment lasts and stays with you even when your ability improves.
i resent women specific equipment because its all about graphics and pink… i hate pink. yeah, they may be a bit softer and more forgiving but the manufacturers are implying women cant be as good as men. i say BS to that! get her an entry level set up and dont worry about pink.
