BEST SNOWBOARDING NEAR NYC
Where is a good spot to go snowboarding? I want to in Colorado, but dont want to spend more then $200 a night?
I am not the best snowboarder, I just want to go to have a good time. It doesnt have to be Colorado. It can be Utah, WV, New England, Calif. I dont care where. I just want a two bedroom for less then $200 and I want something other then snowboarding near by, cause we are prolly are only going for one day. I was thinking also of the Poconos, because NYC or Philly is near by or Vegas, cause I found a resort call Ski Vegas. I like Tahoe, but its to much money to fly there from tampa.
If you are going snowboarding then go to Vail, it is the biggest and best in the west. Vail on sale .com has the hook up for cheap lodging around Vail. Get a condo so you can have a kitchenette and make a little food for yourself, a dozen eggs and a pound of bacon will feed you and you and your buddies breakfast and you will save $10 a head each morning. Then if you want an awesome dinner hit The George you can get a steak and king crab for under $20. Vail has a free bus system so you can pretty much ride anywhere in the town for free. Avon is 15 min away so it is a good choice too.
